You've disconnected me while I was on hold with your "customer service" line, ignored almost every question I've asked of you, you've given absolutely NO actionable advice and completely blown off meetings without so much as and explanation, much less an apology. You've taken my money and I've received NOTHING of value in return. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terible services. As payroll specialist and costumer service. The hang the for 3 to 4 times a day. Just to not solve there payroll problems on there end.

Easy to get started

I'm giving a 2-star, vice 1-star, because Gema, my tax advisor, did an incredible job working with me and answering my questions. Also a star for the customer service representative that handled my case when I requested to not renew for another year based on the tax season preparations that were done. I'm very displeased with the tax prep of my federal and two state tax returns. Had I not sifted through line by line, my husband and I would have lost over $5000 in money we were owed by State 'A'. I messaged questions and I wasn't getting direct answers but sent to a website. My spouse is military, and because of having to amend previous returns, I know you're not supposed to tax military income TWICE. I took my business to H&R block, where the military tax specialist completed my tax returns, and I didn't have to pay $3000+ in subscription fees to get it e-filed either. For the amount of money I spent on 1800accountant, I shouldn't have to have 2 revisions done. I literally took my paperwork to our local H&R block and it was done with me sitting there. I didn't even get an apology for the tax preparer, "Don M" for the inconveniences I went through. I paid 1800accountant so I wouldn't have to be stressed out doing my taxes myself. I'm incredibly angry and wish I could receive atleast a partial refund of whatever the cost is for the tax prep portion. I don't recommend.
