Worse service EVER. I paid over 2000 Dollars for "tax Advice" and Tax Preparation. Incredibly hard to get a hold of your "team" evrything you do has to be 2 weeks out a bunch of accountants using you as a number nothing more and nothing less. biggest business mistake to associate myself with these guys. I have a feeling these are outsourced employees from overseas who are not the most knowledgeable of the TAX code. STAY CLEAR of these over priced group. Stick with a local accountant that you can reach anytime. They randomly canceled my appointment after waiting two weeks. STAY CLEAR and I will be asking for a refund which I know I will not get. 2000 dollars 6 months ago with ZERO service now I am chasing them to file my taxes in FEBRUARY ...STAY CLEAR PLEAAASE
