Easy and very helpful

I Just Had to cancel my subscription due to the poor service. My tax advisor was not a good communicator and were not very helpful at all. I have been having issues with the tax advisor not responding to my text in the portal, rushing through phone calls we had scheduled. Well I’ve been staying in contact with the representatives , so that they can take a look at the issues I’m having and make documentation’s of it. Well they have been looking at the issue and opened a couple of cases so that a manager would reach out. One month went by and I still have not heard from a manager. I call in today to cancel my subscription and get a refund, and all of a sudden they can fix the issue. I professionally declined. To many headaches with this 1800 accountant.

Not only that they are more expensive than other CPA companies, they also really bad in doing there jobs. The payroll agents ignoring me when I have questions. I open 5 tickets with support and no one ever called me back, its been 4 months now and I am still waiting. Also, they didnt do my W2 on time, so now I need to pay a fine to IRS. Every time I call them it takes more tan 30 min for an answer. If your business is important to you, stay away from them!
