curtis did not explain anything, that you have to do everything yourself, is not help they call it guidance fancy word for doing it yourself, we run a business meaning we are busy all the time, after 5 they have no time for you, they were charging $4025.00 and if you cancel you pay 10% like if they had a product to offer, in other words for no reason, they probably doing their own reviews, so it looks good on their website so i paid 100 dollars for no reason ! thanks for nothing 800 accountants

I went to cancel my account because I just do not have the bandwidth to deal with all the uploading and calls at this time. I explained to them I have a very full plate I was affected by the Eaton fires and I'm dealing with insurance,FEMA and estimates from companies not only for my house but my elderly uncles. And Brian has the nerve to ask was it the service. So I repeated myself again. And he then says well you still have to do your taxes. I raised my voice and said I'll cross that bridge when I have to. Then says you have a 10% fee. Not a I'm sorry are you ok is your home ok. Or even I understand you're going through a lot. I was thinking of resigning up once the smoke from all this settled but no way in hell now seeing how well they listen, caring & considerate they are.

i paid over 2500 for this bogus bait and switch service. As the client they expect you to do all the work and make all the calls to them. I have had nothing but calls from the wrong departments and wanting to waist more time to reschedule me. They corner you into false information claiming they MUST do your personal taxes if they handle your business. They stick you by charging you up front and then never following through or sticking you in cue for 40 plus minutes to waist your valuable time even more. I paid for a tax advisor whom has never called me or contacted me in over a year. As a former Investigative Producer this company has not provided services for the money they have collected. This is a waste of money and they know how to make the tables turn to accuse you as the client, that it is your fault and your problem basically! I feel they owe me a huge refund or they need to get their act together and stop providing false promises for the money!
