Update...no you are not reviewing this. Do not believe them. No one has contacted me. I have called and elevated this a million times. I just get a woman in India read me the note where they say the reasons why they won't refund my money_I am so beside myself and the frustration level is off the charts!.....update completed......This company is a nightmare to deal with. Their service is seriously the worst. They have not done what they said they would do. My payroll has not been done in 5 months. My accountant did not bother to review my account and I had to come up with $18,000 since he paid no attention to the fact that my business income was growing. So, I was way behind in my estimated tax payments. The bookkeeping took months until they actually started doing their work! I will be contacting the BBB this week. They have not responded to my request for a full refund.

I woke up today on December 31 2024 at 6 AM with so much built-up anxiety about my taxes. I googled top accountants and came across 1800accountant, I scheduled my appointment and to my surprise, they had something early, like really early. I didn’t know what to expect. Luckily,I got to chat with tax expert Bobby. He really made me feel comfortable and at ease with the upcoming year. He broke down things in terms that I could understand. He was funny and he made me feel very comfortable right off the batt. It was like talking to a knowledgeable, older brother. I’m glad I made the call.
