Don't even bother. Once they have your money they couldn't care less if you even exist. Their bookkeeping software doesn't accurately import transactions, and when it doesn't work properly they couldn't make it any more obvious they don't care. I've spent more than $5,000 in my personal time just calling hours upon hours to try and get them to just do their job. You'll regret using them I promise. Never even got to the point of filing my taxes because their "software that saves so much time by importing transactions real time" doesn't even work.

John with 1800accountants was really great. They are partnered with zen business. I know nothing about accounting/finances so his help was much appreciated in a tough time
