The parts were great and exactly what I needed although they "forgot" to read the required delivery method and just dispatched via their standard delivery method meaning the parts took a day longer to arrive. At which point I was without them for a weekend after paying extra to have them in time. Refunded the extra charge, nothing by way of apology.

I found this firm on Google after searching to see if there was anywhere that might take my fizzled out GHD helios hairdryer before I took it to the tip. This was primarily just to see if someone could make use of it so I was delighted to find that I could be paid £30 for it. I was slightly dubious packing it off, wondering if or when I'd be paid. However, I shouldn't have worried as this firm is both honest & quick! I posted the hairdryer ordinary 2nd class post on the Thursday & on the Monday they had paid me the £30. Really happy with this excellent service as I would otherwise have disposed of the dryer for nothing. Many thanks!

Perfect service my GHDs were back to me working within 2 days. I had the wide ones which were flashing red and not working at all. So pleased would highly highly recommend!
