I don’t usually leave reviews, however, the service I received from this company was fantastic and I felt that in return the least I could do to show my thanks would be to write a review. I ordered the part I thought I needed for my GHD’s which are over 5 years old and when the part came the next day i’d unfortunately ordered the wrong one. I wrote on the delivery receipt that I needed the newer version and requested an exchange; however, I didn’t manage to get to a post office to send off for the exchange until around a week after receipt. I wasn’t sure i’d get a response from the company given my informal request, along with the delay in me posting, but I received an email the following day stating that an exchange had been arranged and that the new part was on its way. I received the part the next day without paying any contribution to the postage whatsoever. The turn around and professionalism of this company was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of GHD parts/repairs.

Superb service, straighteners were sent on Monday and by Wednesday they were received and working again. I also got an email update. If only everything was that reasonably priced and straightforward! Thank you so much!

I never do reviews but the service was too good not too! My GHDs broke on Wednesday and I didn’t think I’d be able to get them repaired as I’ve had them years but after a quick google I found GHD repair. I sent them off about 12pm on Thursday, received an email Friday morning about half 10 to say they had been fixed and dispatched and I received them first thing Monday morning! They offer a quick and reliable service, they email you to tell you what the fault was and what they did to fix it. When I received my straighteners they were wrapped up to stop damage. Couldn’t recommend enough! :)

Fantastic service. Repaired and returned my ghd very quickly. It's as good as new. They also provide great advice on how to package it for the post. Worth every penny.

Dont bother messing about 'guessing' what the problem is,send them off to these guys. 1 off payment and fixed and returned within 42hrs!!
