The website has clear instructions and they were incredibly quick. , neatly packaged with a note indicating the fault. I would thoroughly recommend them. They must have received them on the Tuesday and I got them back on the Wednesday, neatly packaged with a note indicating the fault. I would thoroughly recommend them. Much more cost effective than buying a new pair.

I rarely post reviews but I am just so pleased with the service received that I had to leave one. I am beyond exstatic to have my straighteners back and fixed in such a short time, saving a small fortune in the process. Posted them 2nd Class late Wednesday afternoon and got them back Saturday morning. Whatsmore I've been kept informed throughout. Brilliant service.

Excellent service,couldn't be happier.I was a bit worried about sending my trusted GHD irons away for repair,but after researching the reviews decided to use this company and hopefully save me £99 buying a new pair. My series 5 are as good as new, quick service received back Easter Saturday phew!! Hate being without them,although my hairdresser loaned me another pair. Highly recommend using this company,quickly repaired,communications very good detailing the repairs needed. Could have attempted doing the repairs myself but they are a bit tricky to get apart,and get back together didn't want to take the risk of damaging them more,so for the money you pay its worth it as they are reconditioned,pat tested the lot.No new GHD's required.

Amazing service. One of the plates on my very old GHDs had stopped heating up completely. I sent my straighteners off on the Monday lunchtime and received them back at 9.30am on the Wednesday, with a new plate, brand new cable and working as well as they had done brand new. I received an email on the Tuesday advising that they had been repaired, and a breakdown of what had been done. I can't recommend this service enough, would definitely use again.

Instead on buying new ghd's for £99 i bought a £7.50 part and used their guide to repair myself. Helpful, friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

I was also skeptical about sending my GHDs for repair and put it off for almost a year - continually clicking the heated plate back into place. I shouldn't have been concerned - GHD Repair offers a fast and efficient service at an affordable price. It is a way preferable to forking out for a new set of GHDs! I sent my GHDs off on a Friday and received an email on the Saturday saying that they had been fixed. I received the GHDs back on Tuesday. I have no hesitation to recommend GHD Repairs.

I must admit I was a little bit dubious about sending my GHD's off in the post to be fixed. I love my straighteners and use them daily. This service was amazing, efficient, easy and straight forward. Sent them off one day, they arrived back all fixed the next AND for such a good price. So very pleased. Thank you x
