Great trip! We so enjoyed our trip to Peru. It was extremely well organized. (Thanks, Debbie!) We had fantastic guides and drivers. Peru is amazingly beautiful, people were friendly. Our hotels were wonderful. We really enjoyed our Sacred Valley days touring ruins and learning about the culture. We have three tween age kids who loved the trip. One of them requires a refrigerated shot given daily. Inca Expert arranged for coolers and refrigeration wherever we went. It was very appreciated. They cared about her and her medicine being refrigerated. This was a concern for us going abroad. We are very thankful for the care all members of their team showed to our kids and especially to our daughter's medical needs.

Noelia was very responsive to all my questions pre-trip. We had tons of intercountry flights,transfers,tours-ALL of which were coordinated perfectly. She checked us in to flights, hotels, EVERYTHING. Every pick up was on time and exactly where we were told to meet them. Noelia’s handout gave specific instructions, we always felt we knew where to go and when. There was an emergency number if we needed it.

Our trip to Peru was epic thanks to the coordination and planning Inca Expert did putting the trip together. We only had one or two situations that required us reaching out for help with our connections, and all were handled swiftly and enabled us to get to where we needed to be. We had such a good time and had plenty of time to unwind due to not having to worry about connections, tours, or changing schedules. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would absolutely do so again!

What a great travel company for a family trip to Peru. We had a family trip, our 15 year old son, my wife, and my retired parents and used Inca Expert Travel. Everything was wonderful from the Amazon, to Cusco, to Paracas, to Lima. All transfers and tours were exactly on time and waiting for us. The hotels and Amazon cruise were wonderful. Our Cusco City Tour and Sacred Valley tour guide, Fabricio, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had great captivating stories. He did a wonderful job accommodating my retired parents and giving them rest breaks. He also gets you right to the good stuff in the archeological areas and to areas most miss. Request Fabricio for your Cusco area tours! And he’s a great photographer! At Machu Picchu we had Peter as our tour guide. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Peter was incredibly punctual and a great photographer. Request Peter for your Machu Picchu trip. We also did a culinary experience with Filipe in Lima. This was fantastic. You get to visit a market in Lima and then cook a Peruvian meal in a private kitchen with a professional chef. This was like having a home cooked meal in someone’s home. Wonderful! We’ve been blown away with service Inca travel provided. Everything has gone incredibly smoothly and was better than we’re were expecting.

We are happy we booked with Inka Experts. Our trip plan was to change locations often which comes with so many details: multiple hotels, museum, train and bus tickets, restaurant choices etc. Inka Experts made our trip very seamless. Before our departure they sent us a very detailed itinerary, the list of recommended items and other useful information on tips, weather and cuisine. Upon arrival we were greeted by the driver and the guide and taken to our hotel. We got briefed regarding the next day. At our next destination again, we were picked up at the airport and transfer to a hotel. We got briefed about the next few days. During the whole trip we had drivers and guides taking care of us. They were always on time. The support team was always available to us via WhatsApp messaging for any questions we had. Next time we go to South America, we will book with this agency again.
