We had a great experience with Incas during a recent trip to Machu Picchu. It was fabulous to have English-speaking guides meet us at every stop and give us extraordinarily interesting tours. Additionally, it was so convenient to have pre-arranged transportation and room reservations made by people with great local knowledge. I would definitely use them again!

I wanted to leave a glowing review for Incas Expert Travel, which handled my booking for an amazing, unforgettable 12-day vacation to Lima / Ica (Nazca Lines and "sandboarding" in the desert) / Cusco / Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu / Lake Titicaca and a homestay on Amantani Island. James was my travel advisor, and I can't praise him enough for his assistance with everything. The trip was a little bit last minute, and in addition I was out of town while booking the trip / the booking also coincided with Peruvian independence day (i.e. limited availability for booking internal tickets). Even then, James was beyond responsive and informative, and he put together the vacation of a lifetime. When I requested an additional day in Lima and the ability to take a cooking class, he was able to effortlessly alter the itinerary, all the while taking into consideration my dietary considerations (this also extended to the homestay). The tour guides were personable, informative, and accommodating; the hotels were incredibly comfortable; and the responsiveness from James and his colleagues is unbeatable. I was hesitant to book a trip to Peru on my own, since I wanted to visit so many places / I had heard that some advanced coordination was needed for the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu / I hadn't traveled to Latin America before and didn't know the ins and outs of travel in the region. If you fall into any of these categories - or if you just want to have an awesome, seamless itinerary - I can't recommend Incas Expert Travel enough.

Incas Expert Travel did an excellent job putting together an 8-day trip for my sister and me. They were very attentive to our needs both in terms of the hotels and schedules we wanted. Once we arrived in Peru, all arrangements went without any hitches. Transportation was great, guides were great. We enjoyed our cooking class in Cusco. We used Incas Expert Travel to plan our family's trip to Peru in June. We could not have been more satisfied with the level of service and the overall experience. They helped us plan our trip and tailor it to our interests. We had private tours/guides in Lima, Islas Palomino, the Amazons, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Pichu. All were excellent. We enjoyed all of the hotels and transportation which they arranged. In addition, they assisted us in getting a doctor when one of us had altitude sickness and was not going to be able to go to Machu Pichu. We could not recommend them more highly.

We went to Peru end of June 2017 arranged by Inca Expert Travel. This trip had been nothing but unforgettable, from the sites, hotels itself, the hotel staff, tour guides and the cuisine, everything have been fantastic ! All the dropping and pick up points are perfectly coordinated. The duration of the whole trip and each tour that we have visited were just right for us too. Of course, I was left speechless when I realized my lost items was delivered to the Cusco hotel that I stayed. Really appreciated everyone that have made this happen. This experience has not only proved that, Inca Travel can make a great travel arrangements, but more importantly, the whole team is "there" for me when I need them no mater where I am and what time it is during my journey.
