After our arrival at the Lima airport, we were met by Marietta, who did a great job of providing us the information needed for a wonderful Peruvian experience. The hotel in Lima was very convenient to the airport. Our flight to Cusco was on time and pleasant. Once in Cusco, we were met promptly by Stephanie. She provided us the tickets and such and introduced us to Juan Carlos our guide, and also Juan Carlos, our driver. We feel extremely fortunate to have had the guide we did. His knowledge was immense and over three days with him, we learned so much about Incan culture and history. Our driver did a great job of transporting us, especially on some very narrow streets. As to our hotels, Casa Andina was a great stay with excellent staff. Our transport to Ollantaytambo got us to the train station with time to spare, the train up to Aquas Calientes was very scenic and we enjoyed the entertainment. Manuel, our Machu Picchu guide, was waiting for us, as well as a Hiram Bingham rep. Manuel was a very knowledgeable guide and we were very impressed that he decided to give a customized tour rather than one of the specific circuits, which helped to avoid tour groups. As for the Sanctuary Lodge and the Hiram Bingham train, we felt like VIPs the whole time we were there. The Novohotel in Cusco was okay but certainly not at the level of Casa Andina however it was central to the historic district and great for walking. Our trip to Peru was certainly a positive experience due to Inca Expert Travel, and our thanks go to Eli for the arrangements and everyone involved. We would highly recommend their services and on a scale of 1-10 we would certainly say 10!

Noelia at Inca Travel Expert planned a bespoke inteniary for a 3 week trip throughout beautiful Peru. Noelia did such an outstanding job, I do not even know where to begin. It was flawless. From the drivers and guides....all incredible. The drivers were never late. We were never left hanging and waiting. The private guides were exceptional: Gustavo in Lima, Carlos in Cusco & Sacred Valley, and Saul in Manchu Picchu....all incredible guides. We really loved the Amazon 4-day cruise and would never have known about it if Noelia had not made the suggestion. Outstanding cruise out of Quito. The crew on the amazon cruise (just 14 cabins, very small) were outstanding. They made our anniversary and new years eve really fun and special. The naturalists John and Vincent, the cruise director Ximena, and all the chefs and other crew members were some of the best hospitality and service people I have ever encountered. Yes, that outstanding. I loved this trip. Thank you!

She communicated clearly, was very helpful with tips and suggestions, and helped prepare us for a worry-free trip our first time in South America. The tour guides exceeded our expectations. The experiences and sights were truly memorable. The hotels were wonderful.

The trip was wonderful! I haven't a single bad thing to say about any of our hotels, guides or drivers. We were particularly fans of our hotel in Urubamba and our guide there, Alex. We appreciated everyone's flexibility and care through our various sickness issues as well. We definitely appreciated having all the details worked out beforehand.
