Eli at Inca Experts was a top-notch travel professional. She helped us arrange our trip to Peru, including Machu Picchu, Lima, and Cusco. Thanks to your excellent planning and coordination, we had a fabulous time. The scheduling was exact, and she was very prompt and responsive. She also handled our flights from Lima to Cusco and back to Lima, providing us with all our vouchers and e-tickets. The means of transportation throughout our trip were excellent; vehicles were clean and relatively new. The drivers were safe, knowledgeable, and very professional. All the guides were beyond approach, a wealth of knowledge. Eli was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will use her (Inca Experts) again and look forward to working with her on our tentative February/March 2025 trip.

Inca Expert was outstanding from start to finish - I initially contacted the company and Leila contacted me on the same day. She was courteous, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable...and she worked with me to set up the best possible itinerary for me and my family. The planning was easy and Leila stayed in touch right up until we departed for our trip. In Peru, I don't think it could have really gone any better--we were met by Inca Expert reps immediately and at each point in which we expected to see someone, and the guides were all exceptional. Our experiences were as planned or (in most instances) exceeded our expectations. We did this trip with and for our oldest son, and he was blown away. I would HIGHLY recommend Inca Expert for anyone that's going to plan a trip in their area of expertise.

Grecia helped us design the trip with thoughtful tips and constantly worked with us to pick the right hotels at a fair price. We were met at each location and the guides Peter, Hugo and Rubin were excellent. Hotels lived up to expectations. Seamless experience from beginning to end! Eli helped me arrange an incredible trip to Peru. I was traveling solo so being met at every point by a driver and an English speaking guide which gave me great peace of mind. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my interests and physical needs. The hotels were lovely; safe, clean and great locations.
