Maria was very helpful understanding (we are in our 70s) she put together a great itinerary that worked flawlessly.

Silvia was our planner. Everything was seamless, we did not have to worry about anything as all was planned perfectly. The tour guide in Cuzco, Christian, was very informative and thorough. His English is impeccable. The Tour guide in Machu Picchu also had an endless supply of knowledge. Both hotels had excellent breakfast and very clean rooms. Our drivers were always on time. I recommend you to anyone who asks about our trip.

After vetting a fewTravel agencies offering trips to mach Picchu we decided on Inca Expert Travel and couldn't be happier, every Airport spot, every transfer and every guided tour went seamless with no delays or problems, all personnel had vast experience in their field and very knowledgeable of the tours, even the transfer drivers were on time and drove safely, The agency customized our trip accordingly and kept us up to date with everything and also provided info pertaining to the Country we visited, along with Tips and what to bring, wear, tip, weather etc!

Our trip was more than a year in the planning due to the 2023 protests in Peru. Noelia Castro, our representative with Inca Expert Travel, worked with us to use our deposit for a 2024 trip. She was patient and helpful all along, and the communication was outstanding. She met us at Jorge Chavez Airport and handed us off to an amazing crew of guides and drivers. A special thank-you to Ivan Garcia, our guide in the Cusco area, who was definitely the best guide we have had on any trip, anywhere. This was our second trip with Inca Expert Travel (the first was in 2005) but will not be our last!

Inca Expert did an amazing job planning our trip to Peru. Every step of the trip was planned and communicated perfectly, and went off without a hitch. The hotels, restaurants, tour guides, and everything else were fantastic. Peru is a beautiful country with wonderful people, and Inca helped us get the most out of our experience. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I planned my trip with Inca Travel Expert for a 50th birthday experience with my twin sister. The company made everything so easy! It was wonderful to be able to choose my primary destinations and have Inca Travel Expert provide amazing options for accommodations (I strongly recommend the open-air eco lodge for its sights, scents and sounds!) along with all the travel transfers within the country with expert advice about how to navigate local transportation systems. The accommodations were exceptional, allowing us to choose rainforest experiences in some locations and more modern accommodations in others. While the trip to Machu Picchu was a spiritual experience, the highlight of our trip truly was our stay in the Amazon rainforest. Our guide was exceptionally experienced and made our trip special by finding every opportunity to use his equipment to help us get the most amazing images of monkeys, an aray of tropical birds, and mammals. The meals also were truly delicious, and I deeply appreciated the accommodations made for me, because I have a range of all allergies and food sensitivities that otherwise make travel very difficult. The chefs at the ecolodge prepared and set aside versions of authentic Peruvian dishes just for me. The only shadow in our trip was our guide when we went to Machu Picchu after leaving the Amazon. She was very nice, but lacked experience and physical fitness to such an extent that she paused often, and we almost missed being able to experience an entire portion of the tour. We found ourselves asking her if she knew the same information that was being shared by other guides as we trekked up Machu Picchu mostly to her silence. She borrowed books from other guides, and had to rest often, and we almost missed part of the wonderful experience. However, she did let us stay at the top of the mountain as she rushed off to lead another tour, which gave us an opportunity to soak in amazing views! She arranged for us to access a less trafficked area where we sat and communed with the llamas. Our trip to the sacred Valley was also a treat, and again our guide was superb! And yes, what made it all possible was a wonderful travel expert (Silvia!) who answered every question I had before we set off from the U.S. for our trip. Expert advice on what to pack, luggage, weight limits, and preparations for the altitude really ensured that our trip was a success. We met many people along the way who suffered from altitude sickness, but my twin sister and I never had that experience, largely thanks to medication that we brought with us. We set off to plan, not just a vacation, but an experience, and Inca Travel Expert delivered!
