We enjoyed our trip 10 out of 10!! It was a perfect trip of adventure and our first and last day in Cusco was perfect for relaxing, shopping and enjoyed the city tour. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. Spoke English well, and taught us a lot about the history of Machu Picchu and Cusco. They were also great at taking photos for us. The hotel in Cusco was a five star rating and would definitely stay there again. The private transportation, we enjoyed, as well as the private hiking tours. It was very personalized. We enjoyed the train as well.

We had a fantastic vacation in Peru. Peru is truly wonderful. Fortunately, we had a clear view of Machu Picchu, despite our concerns about the weather. Inca Expert Travel surpassed our expectations in every aspect. The plan was impeccable. We enjoyed every hotel we stayed in, and The Treehouse was an exceptional experience. I'm glad we went to the Amazon rainforest. The wet season worked in our favor, allowing us to boat through very remote channels and lakes. The guides were all highly energetic and informative, consistently punctual. The Peru Rail vista dome journey was a highlight; thanks to Inca Expert Travel for securing the best seats for our return from Machu Picchu. The views of the mountains and river were stunning. We would rate Inca Expert Travel a perfect 10 out of 10. For our future South America tours, we will definitely seek their assistance again. Our travel advisor was Maria José Castañeda. She did an outstanding job as a travel advisor. Her personality is exceptional, and she worked diligently with us to plan this trip. The itinerary was wonderful, with everything well-timed and well-spaced. We were never confused about what our next activity would be. Well done!

Every aspect of our Peru trip was perfection - from arranging the cities and sites we would visit - to customizing unique excursions - to the logistics of moving from one city to another - it was all handled expertly and smoothly. We visited Lima, Cusco, and Machu Picchu - and honestly had the trip of a lifetime for our family of 4. Inca Expert (thanks Debbie!) did so much more than just schedule an itinerary - they made suggestions and customized based on our likes/dislikes/interests (what sites to see, restaurants to visit with hard-to-get reservations - targeted interest tours - truly making this “our” trip and showing that they really are the Experts. We used Inca Expert Travel for an 8 day trip to Lima, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu and returned 2 weeks ago. I have to say the experience was fantastic! They really, really came through. All bookings, drivers, guides, hotels, dinner at Central and lunch at MIL were fantastic. But where they REALLY came through was when labor strikes in Machu Picchu disrupted travel and the trains were stopped due to strikers blocking the train tracks. They absolutely pivoted, kept us informed and completely came through for us, taking care of us and getting us to our flight in Cusco on time (barely, but we made it!). I cannot recommend them highly enough. They totally earned their money with that one!

Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 tweens/teens) had an exceptional trip to Peru with Inca Expert Travel. It is the first vacation where I truly did not have to worry about anything.
