We ordered a new desk for our son just after Christmas on Saturday 28th December, it arrived within a couple of days. The price of the desk and delivery were both excellent and the quality seems superb given the price. We were pleased to learn that Rinkit are a local company to us in West Sussex which will ensure we use them again in the future given this excellent first experience.

Recently purchased some photo frames at a great price. I hadn't heard of Rinket before. The items were delivered quickly but 1 was missing. I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent immediately, and they provided great communication. Definitely recommend

Excellent customer service. I purchased shot glasses. Unfortunately some of the shot glasses were broken possibly in transportation. I emailed rinkit on the same evening I received and opened the parcel . They emailed that evening and dispatched the order again. I received them the next day (Christmas Eve ) Thank you for such a swift resolution. This is my second purchase from rinkit. I defo recommend purchasing from this company

Came across Rinkit a couple of weeks ago and have ordered many items, great prices, delivered quickly. The order was delivered with a item damaged, a simple email exchange and replacement item will be sent out within 3-5 days. Brilliant customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Still waiting for an order placed on 8th Dec. Called the company for an update and they advised order was lost. They said I would I get the order next day, still nothing and that was a week ago. Fighting for a refund via credit card company as online team are stating its shipped.

I saw a great sale deal for folding bench and table online at rinkit. When they arrived I opened the products to find that they were damaged. I contacted rinkit support email and their response was very quick and helpful. I was amazed that they send replacement goods within 2 days and in time for me to use them on Christmas day! Replacement products are great, no damage. Great place to shop and excellent customer service.

Almost 6 months ago we purchased a soft closing toilet seat from Rinkit. Recently one side of the soft closing mechanism broke and the lid was not operating softly. I got in touch with Rinkit to purchase a new one having explained the experience with the product. However, they have taken this very seriously and sent us a brand new unit with no cost to us. We were surprised with the customer care and their timely response although the item was not a big purchase item. With this mentality in place, Rinkit will be my first choice to look for whenever I need something for my home. Thank you.

No communication. Didn’t even bother to ship my items in time for Christmas even though the website advertised Christmas deliveries. I had to chase them for my own delivery. Avoid!
