I placed my order on 4 Dec and I still have not received it 11 days later. Tracking shows it hasnt left Rinkits couriers... so if you want a fast delivery.. avoid this merchant!

I recently ordered 12 dinner plates from them .Two were broken.E mailed them and got nice reply and replacements were with me NEXT DAY .Amazing Sadly they were broken .Not because of inadequate packing .More I think careless despatch handling.I have left problem with them and am sure they will sort it .Will most certainly use them again

Ordered these lights last night and they arrived just over 12 hours later. Such good quality and value for what I paid. Will definitely order from them again. Only one glass broken from the 42 I ordered which sometimes happens and I won’t even complain about as really happy with the service.

I have purchased many items from Rinkit all arriving in perfect condition. This week one glass from a set of 6 was broken on arrival. Customer services were quick to respond and resolve my query regarding a replacement. A superb service and a delight to trade with. Thank you.

I ordered a set of glasses, cocktail shaker and measure. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately one of the glasses arrived shattered. Also, despite trying everything I could think of and searching YouTube was unable to prise the top from the shaker. I emailed with a photo and promptly received a reply. Replacements arrived within two days. It's very good service, sad the glass was broken but means a lot to have a pleasant response and replacements. All set now for an Espresso Martini Christmas!! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Great service and great products. The only negative is the poor packaging - which must be costing the company a great deal to send out replacements. My experience with the damage is like everyone who has written a review - the service is absolutely 5 star and prompt when it comes to replace. I wish them well with their venture and will certainly and without hesitation purchase goods from them again.

Brilliant for customer service. My order was incomplete and all 3 plates - I had ordered 6 - were broken. I emailed and the reply was extremely quick with a new order sent out and arrived a couple of days later, unfortunately though, only the 3 plates not the 6 I had ordered. Emailed again and instant response to say really sorry and 3 more plates were on there way. Wasn't in a rush but even with the 3 separate deliveries they were all within a week. I am very happy with the 6 plates that I have. However, none of my parcels had anything on them to state that they were fragile.

Glasses order arrived promptly and the quality is decent. Unfortunately one of the glasses arrived smashed. I emailed a photo and had a reply immediately saying they would send a replacement. Fortunately I didn't need the glasses immediately so this solution is fine for me. Impressed by the service
