Good quality products for the price and they have such a large range of products. I ordered a few things and was very pleased. Unfortunately one of the glasses arrived broken but I emailed Rinkit, got a polite response and was sent a replacement which arrived the next day for free. Very good service and will shop here again.

Not sure about this company , be careful I Order sevrer items 14 Dec , as Christmas gift only 3x items arrive out of 17, keep calling customers service and they they will chase missing items with dpd and promise they will resend missing items and I will get ir before Christmas, today I call to confirm that my missing items are ship , customers service confirm there is Notting they can see that ship that i they dont know when i will get these items , not sure about this company

I ordered some glasses from Amazon. Delivery was super quick but unfortunately some of the glasses were smashed upon arrival. Rinkit customer service was very swift to respond and courteous in their reply. Replacement glasses were sent out. The glasses are beautiful and good quality.

I received a parcel today and it was damaged. Immediately I e-mailed Rinkit and received a response within a few minutes. Not only did they apologise they agreed to provide me with a replacement and without having to return the received item. What amazing service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rinkit and their handling of my order (#240335). My parcel was marked as delivered, but it was left in a communal area outside my front door without my consent. Naturally, it was missing upon my return, along with other parcels pictured in the so-called proof of delivery. Despite explaining that I never received the items, Rinkit is refusing to issue a refund unless I provide evidence of theft—an unreasonable and impossible demand for a parcel that was irresponsibly left unattended. I never authorized such a delivery practice, and it is clear that DPD’s processes failed to ensure the safe delivery of my order. Rinkit’s unwillingness to take accountability for this matter has been deeply frustrating. Instead of prioritizing customer satisfaction, they have repeatedly pushed the responsibility onto me to investigate their failure. I will not be shopping with Rinkit again, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before placing an order.

Absolutely excellent customer service and care after one of my wine glasses arrived cracked. They let me keep them(6 in total) and replaced all 6 free of charge too. They replied immediately to my concern and I cannot rate the service I received highly enough , brilliant

I ordered some port glasses for Christmas. They arrived the next day and packaged well. No breakages and the glasses were perfect. This is my first time buying from this company and I'll definitely be back. They do what they say they will do and that's a great quality in a company these days when so many larger stores are still using Covid as an excuse for shoddy customer service. Thank you.

I purchased 6 airtight jars, one arrived damaged. I emailed Rinkit immediately, they responded within minutes and confirmed they would send out a replacement. I received this the following day. I have been really impressed with their service.

Ordered serving bowls and sundae dishes. Unfortunately bowls damaged but Rinkit sent out new bowls immediately, no questions and they've been delivered in perfect condition. Best customer service for ages! Highly recommended
