Have used them a few times. Great products at good prices. My last order 3 of the 6 plates I’d ordered had got chipped in transit. Emailed rinkit and got an email back immediately and within 5 minutes replacement plates were sent out. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service. The courier lost the parcel and a new one was dispatched and delivered the same day I contacted customer service (a Saturday). The product is also lovely.

Wow Sat having a pint on Sunday lunchtime as you do and my manager said we need some new glasses for the bar. Ok I found Rinkit online. Sourced what I wanted , placed the order at a very competitive price and a low delivery charge and to my surprise Monday morning around 11.00 am they arrived. Quality product for the price and super fast delivery. Can’t recommend them enough.

Super impressed with this company! Everything arrived really quickly and was packaged well. All of the items were in perfect condition and the experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

Evri took delivery on a three day delivery and lost the package somehow. Rinkit picked up on this and emailed me to check if in fact I’d received the goods. I emailed back and said no. When using the Evri tracking number the website just said ups something has gone wrong. Rinkit immediately offered either my money back or would send the goods by premium delivery and I received the goods next day. Whilst this is not unusual service from Evri, Rinkit have been excellent.

I ordered some marble placements mats. Some of them got damaged. I was surprised how quickly they responded to my complaint. I received a replacement within 3 working days. Am totally impressed with their customer service 👏 👌
