I ordered laundry and washing tablet canisters from Rinkit. It was a fast delivery, only a few days after I placed the order, which was great. However, one of the canisters was severely damaged, looked like it had been squashed by something heavy, the delivery box was ripped and bashed up. I contacted Rinkit the same day and sent photos of the damaged item. They were very apologetic, bearing in mind this was the couriers fault through lack of care!! Rinkit said there was no need to return the damaged items and they would replace them if I wanted. I agreed for replacements and they have arrived today! Literally the next day. This is excellent customer service. Thank you to Evangeline and the team. I would recommend this company 👌

I ordered some glassware from Rinkit last Monday. It was delivered the next day, but one glass was broken. When I contacted the company to request a replacement, they replied immediately and a new glass was delivered the next day. I'm impressed not only with the quality of the products but the excellent service I've received.

Rinkit are an actual gem! I ordered quite a few items from the shop and most of them were glass. I was really nervous but the Rinkit team sent it out next day. Unfortunately, DPD tossed the package onto my doorstep despite the parcels being marked FRAGILE. How I managed to only escape with 3 broken items I’ll never know. But Rinkit were fantastic. They were responsive, apologetic (even though this was not their fault) and actually the products were well packaged but went out of their way to send me a spare. The email communication was lovely and it’s nice to deal with a caring company that have fantastic products. Extra thank you to Evangeline! I’m already rushing to make my next order with this team.

Bought a set of dinner plates, bowls and cups - some of the most pretty crockery ive seen. Had abit of a mishap with the delivery where a couple of pieces arrived repeatedly broken (twice). However, the Rinkit team were on it quick as a flash sending out replacements the same or next day. If it werent for this mishap i wouldve given them the full 5 stars they deserve. It would be amiss of me not to suggest they dont take another look at their packaging. However, Excellent customer service experience overall. If only the world over could be a little more like Rinkit.
