I ordered 10 items which were hugely discounted in price in comparison to other places. I’d never heard of the company before but seen an advert on Instagram. So glad I ordered! The items arrived super speedily and despite the packaging being slightly damaged in transit which resulted in an item missing, it was replaced with no issue and delivered next day! Ben gave amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend the company and will be buying again!

The package I ordered was a mirror which arrived broken. I emailed them to tell them and Rinkit simply offered to replace it, without question or without requiring me to return it. The replacement arrived in one piece the following day! Impressive service!

I found just the little garden table I'd been looking for at a hugely reduced price so, despite knowing nothing about this company, I ordered the table. To my amazement it arrived in less than 24 hours! There was, however, a little damage to the table, but as soon as I contacted Rinkit, they sorted out the problem immediately and in a very friendly way. It's most unusual these days to find customer service like this and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to anyone.

I recently ordered some items for my daughter's birthday on Rinkit, the products were much cheaper than other websites and I was slightly dubious but the items arrived very quickly, well packed and in perfect condition plus I was emailed updates at every step of the way. Can't fault my experience.

I ordered 2 black glass worktop savers for my new kitchen,when they arrived the box was damaged and one was completely shattered, I emailed Rinkit straightaway with pics and a video of the damaged item,this was late last night,and this morning I received a very nice email to say they have resent the damaged item out .I'm over the moon with the customer service and quick resolution.i will definitely purchase from Rinkit again.
