Used this company for the 1st time for some photo frames. Very quick delivery service. One of the frames arrived damaged and their response was super quick and refund offered. Communication was great, I will definitely use this company again. Great customer service, that's means a lot.

Excellent

Found some Garden equipment I wanted and it was in a huge sale. Bought them And paid for next day delivery. Sadly, Evri didn’t deliver the next day however I was refunded, by Lauren, the total cost of my postage. It arrived the following day. Very easy to use website. Fast service. Excellent after sales service. Friendly staff. Thank you!

What excellent customer service. I had a damaged item and emailed the company. I had a reply within 30mins! They were sorry for the damaged goods and will replace. No return needed. I sent images along with my email. Thank you Lauren for your speedy reply and resolution. Excellent customer care Rinkit!

Sat last week I ordered a garden…

Sat last week I ordered a garden furniture set, table 4 chairs and parasol. You advertise next day delivery. So 4 days later ,just now. Evri delivered the 4 chairs and parasol. NO TABLE. I spoke with your driver and he said this is a common event !!! I would like the table delivered TODAY .I have communicated with Lauren at Rinkit who tells me the table has been dispatched and to follow the tracking number. There was ONE tracking number for the whole set,table ,4 chairs and parasol. This tracking number now shows DELIVERED but only the chairs and parasol have been delivered .What is happening 😡

I don't want to be to negative but I am dissapointed as I am a regular I said phone doesn't work and I can't trace the replacements. and you said to speak to Debenhams staff which they didn't know about would I like as you said weeks ago. not to be rude but in my favour yours and other buyers please consider Royal Mail because they are good and don't break any items they are considerate it saves our money and time . Evri are not very good to many problems with them as I kept saying. but overall the glasses are good and you , have replaced them.

Cracked picture frame

The order arrived on time but o n opening one package of three I found the glass for the picture frame cracked. I emailed them and in half an hour I got a reply saying they would replace the damaged frame.
