My order was for glass tumblers , it arrived promptly but sadly one was broken. I emailed immediately and got a next day response apologising and promising to send a replacement set of glasses. Top marks for customer service.

I've purchased jars from Rinkit before and would have given 5 star reviews in the past. When I informed them that the seals were not airtight, they sent replacement seals straight away. Regretfully things went wrong this time. Firstly they were out of stock for a few items. Not a problem, but they refunded insufficient money. More emails and it was sorted. Next my goods arrived with one jar faulty. Again, not a problem but the replacement arrived and they generously sent 2, one was smashed to pieces and the second was cloudy and grubby. They sent another replacement which was still cloudy but it has washed up clean - if I had purchased it as a gift it wouldn't be acceptable. In the meantime I had asked for spare seals as again they were not air tights. After several e-mails specifically stating the diameter, they sent the wrong size. They were filthy. Eventually I received the correct seals. I've given 3 stars because the end product is fine, 3½ weeks and 37 emails later...

Just received my order had one broken glass. Got in contact with the company and not even 10 min later I got an email back. Nice customer service will order again

We were gifted some lovely wine glasses from Rinkit as a wedding present by a friend. One of them sadly arrived broken (via post), so I dropped Rinkit an email - they replied within a couple of hours and are sending us a replacement free this week so we have a full set! Beautiful glasses, and really friendly helpful customer service! Would definitely recommend :)

I ordered 2 raised garden beds expecting them to take at least a week to arrive, imagine my surprise when I received notification that they were arriving within 36 hours, that is definitely the best I have ever had.I will be returning to this company and will say I highly recommend this firm ,and will let my friends know.Thank you Rinkit.

These are really good value products. I am very pleased with them. I had excellent service from the team at Rinkit. I had an issue with a damaged item. They sent a replacement immediately and couldn’t do enough for me.
