Received my Candle but unfortunately it had been smashed in transit, I contacted the customer service team , a replacement was with me in less than 24 hours, Brilliant Service!!!! Would have no problem in using them again!

Website easy to navigate, in my opinion. But what really makes rinkit for me? Their customer services. I have had several issues with the delivery service (third party). Rinkit has responded promptly to correspondence (all by email), researched and provided answers - and alternatives where appropriate. I can't thank them enough for their assistance and patience

My fairly large order was delivered within a couple of days. Two items were slightly chipped/broken on arrival, but this was very easily and quickly resolved by the customer service team, who had replacements sent within two days (over the weekend as well).
