I had an order of many different things - but dispatch and delivery were very quick. One enamel dish in my order was a little bit chipped. I send an email about this issue. Response was received in half an hour!! And a replacement arrived the next day after I wrote an email! Very good customer service

I ordered from this company and received the items very quickly. Unfortunately one of the items was missing a saucer but a quick email to customer services and a replacement was sent the following day. Very impressed, lovely goods and I will definitely be using again.

I ordered folding tables and chairs for special occasions. Very pleased with table size. One table did arrive damaged. However, I was quickly delivered a replacement.

Order some little sherry glasses and despite them being well packaged one of them was broken on arrival. I contacted customer services and sent a photo of the broken glass, they responded instantly advising they would send a replacement and sending apologies, replacement arrived in around 3-4 days. Excellent company with fantastic customer services . I ordered a box of champagne glasses but quickly realised I should have ordered two boxes. I emailed and straight away I received a phone call to update my order . Wonderful to be able to speak to someone and so quickly . Order was despatched the same day and was well packaged . I would definitely recommend and use this company again .

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to praise this company. They were quick to act and respond when the delivery company failed on successive occasions to deliver my complete order to me. The customer service team were persistently courteous and efficient and despite the difficulties encountered, I received my order within a few days of ordering! Thank you so much. Ordered via Amazon, good value, just what I was looking for and it arrived the next day! Unfortunately there was a broken item even though it was well packed, I sent an email and got a reply straight away. Replacement is already on its way, very helpful, great customer service. Would recommend and use again.

Although this company has a lot of 5 stars review here, I will not be able to do the same I am afraid. I have ordered Garden Dining Table and Chairs recently. The table was delivered 4 days ago and it was damaged. I took the picture and contacted the customer service. They apologized for this problem and offered the replacement table. I accepted. This is tolerable. The second table was delivered yesterday and it was damaged similar to the first one. I contacted the customer service again and asked for the refund. This is untolarable. They took my time. This is dissappointing and unacceptable !! I recommend this company to change their delivery courier or modify their delivery strategies.
