I ordered some glasses which arrived super quickly. unfortunately one of them had a chip on the rim but this was resolved super quickly with a replacement. Great service and the glasses are otherwise lovely.

This is the first time I have used this company and have already place another order. The delivery was super quick and the products are really good quality. I ordered some glasses and some got damaged in transport but emailed them and they replied within the hour and have send me some new ones out. I often order from Rinkit very good quality good prices and always quick to resolve any problems. I took delivery today of a few things for our new kitchen. Unfortunately a sugar canister was broken. I emailed customer services and after fifteen minutes Mathilde replied and said a replacement will be out in the post. Very impressed. I also have their white garden furniture including the sun loungers you get when abroad. Very good quality indeed.

We ordered a set of Melodia Calici cut crystal goblets from Rinkit and sadly, when the order arrived one of the glasses was broken. We contacted the company and they immediately sent us a replacement. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Rinkit and thanks for such prompt replies and replacement. We would certainly use this company again.

Very happy to recommend Rinkit. I have ordered galvanised buckets (as planters) and some picture frames. All arrived very quickly in perfect condition apart from two of the buckets which were dented. I contacted Rinkit and Katie in customer care was amazing, sending replacements immediately. Great delivery service for the Highlands too - can’t ask for more.

On assembling one of 4 garden chairs ordered, I unfortunately sheared a bolt on one of the chairs. On advising Rinkit, they acted very promptly sending me relacement within 3 days om my contacting them Excellent customer service, including excellent delivery times.

Excellent Customer Service I received an order from Rinkit today and despite it being extremely well packaged one of my items was unfortunately broken. I e-mailed the company to let them know and within an hour I received a really nice reply apologising and saying that a replacement had been arranged and would arrive within the next 5 days.

Always buy my candles from this company they smell lovely and delivered on time , this week I had a problem with one of my purchases,(first time), I can't tell you how happy I am with their first class customer service! Outstanding!!

Speedy delivery and even better customer service! I ordered through Tesco market place, unfortunately the video game controller shaped piñata for my son’s 12th birthday arrived as a unicorn piñata!
