I do like Rinkit and have had some…

I do like Rinkit and have had some brilliant bargains over the years - my review today has to do with a pair of Resol Master sun loungers we purchased from Rinkit 3 years ago. We bought the Resol sun loungers in charcoal grey and they arrived swiftly in perfect condition. But fast forward 3 years to now and we have realised that the charcoal colour had just been spray painted on a pair of white sun loungers (except oddly for the back support part of the chair which is definitely charcoal colour all the way through the plastic). The rest of the chair has faded badly with white showing through on all parts except the back rest. It’s not the worst thing ever as we have bought some spray paint and re painted them. But wanted to mention it in case others are considering purchase of these from Rinkit. Very odd.

Superb customer service

I ordered some items for the first time from Rinkit. Delivered the next day. Unfortunately two of the items had been damaged in transit. Within ten minutes of emailing Rinkit, an apology was sent and replacement items dispatched. Incredible service. Will certainly use Rinkit again

Excellent company - fab service 😊

I love Rinkit goods and have lots of the Nicola Spring collection, which is lovely mixed and matched. All my visitors comment on how lovely they are. My latest order included some glassware which had a slight chip on one item, the fault of the not so careful couriers. Rinkit are replacing this with no quibble - fantastic company.

Excellent delivery time and customer service

I ordered a set of bowls. One arrived broken and they immediately sent a replacement. No quibbles or delay. Especially considering it was more the fault of the delivery company, this is really excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Rinkit.

Broken item replacement…

The parcel delivered was little damaged and one of the glass item was broken. I sent an email to Rinkit support requesting a replacement or a refund as soon as I opened the parcel in the later night. Early in the next morning received the response from them and requested some more details. Less than an our my issue was sorted and rearranged a replacement. I’m really happy with the the service. Very much customer focused. Five stars 🌟

Proper Customer Service

Perfect customer service from the colleagues at Rinkit. The delivery was delayed and confused by the courier - who shall remain nameless as this review isn’t about them - but you can all probably guess one of the two names they’ve recently used. I contacted Rinkit and they were apologetic - not something you get often these days - investigated and offered to send a replacement or refund me. I opted for a replacement which they dispatched straight away. In the meantime the courier managed to deliver the original order so I contacted Rinkit again who were able to halt the second delivery. Brilliant and, sadly these days rare, very efficient, professional customer service. Thanks to Mathilde, Laura and the rest of the team.
