I ordered quite a few items from Rinkit and was amazed they were delivered the next day! a lot of the items were glass/china and were wrapped well, but unfortunately one item was damaged. I emailed Rinkit and received a reply within 20 minutes and a replace was sent out the same day! I will definitely use Rinkit again; great products and very reasonably priced.

I recently ordered a teapot set from Debenhams, which was shipped directly from Rinkit. Unfortunately the teapot was missing from the box. I contacted Rinkit straight away and had a reply within a few minutes from Katie who promised the item would be sent straight away. It was! I had the Evri notification the following day to say they’d received it. It’s arrived, in perfect condition. It’s a gift so I’m over the moon to have the set complete ready for my friend.
