Super fast delivery with exceptional customer service. I ordered some crockery from Rinkit, but unfortunately a plate and cup were damaged. This is always possible with fragile items. I contacted Rinkit customer support, and they promptly replied and sent replacements which were delivered the next day! I will definitely use Rinkit again!

Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, one item arrived damaged and my email was answered within minutes (thanks Mathilde) to say a replacement was on the way. We should all support growing businesses like this one, where the customer is put first. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Ordered a tea set and one of the cups arrived damaged so sent them an email. It was replied on the same day and a replacement sent straight away. Excellent customer service so won’t hesitate buying more from them in the future.

Placed my first order with Rinkit , delivery received in great time , had few issues with breakages , which is understandable when transporting glass , aftersales customer service was 10/10 . A simple email sent and damaged items were replaced immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again

I ordered some slate placements from this website which are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately one of the mats arrived broken. I emailed Rinkit some images and they replied within hours and I had a replacement arrive at my house within 2 days. Excellent customer service, highly recommend

Excellent customer service. I had a damaged item through delivery, I emailed them and was emailed back on return. I was asked to send a photo and once received I was emailed to say another item was being sent in 2 to 3 days, sure enough two days later a new un damaged item was received excellent service and would recommend thank you.

I have bought from Rinkit many times and always been pleased with my purchases. On my most recent order, my package arrived rather battered yesterday and one of my items was damaged. I emailed last night and today received a reply, stating that a replacement had been sent. What excellent customer service!
