I ordered a fire pit which was promptly delivered. Unfortunately it had a crack in it so I contacted Rinkit.com who immediately sent a replacement without a quibble.I now have the replacement in my garden and am very happy with it. Excellent affordable fire pit and great customer service.

Placed an order for a couple of deep frame boxes. Perfect product that I needed. Upon arrival, unfortunately one of the frames had a crack on the glass so I contacted Rinkit team and received a reply almost instantly which was very reassuring. I then got issued out a replacement frame which was delivered not even 24 hours later. Very impressed with the service

Ordered one day delivery was the very next day that’s very good service The only complaint I have is I ordered the fabric door stops which are apparently filled with sand which leaves a lot of dusty sand mess.

I ordered 8 firepits for our campsite and they were delivered so quickly! Unfortunately one was broken. I sent an email to customer service asking for help and had a reply within 5 minutes, apologising for the breakage, and said a replacement would be sent to me immediately. Very unimpressed to be signed up to a mailing list after simply viewing an item in the basket. No consent given, Rinkit don't seem fussed about this poor practice.

One of the items I ordered was received broken. I emailed the Sales Team at Rinkit who were very quick to respond and the same day arranged for a replacement to be shipped, which arrived within 48 of the original delivery. Have dealt with this company over some years and they’re always quick and efficient. Once received the wrong order and it was very swiftly resolved, have this time had one wine glass of 6 arrive broken and again immediately replacements are organised. The Glasses are lovely! Well done Rinkit!

I ordered a porcelain tea, sugar and coffee set of cannisters They were delivered two days later (most impressive), but unfortunately one was broken.
