I placed an order for two glass chopping boards (very good value)!! but unfortunately one had a chip in the surface. I emailed a photo of the damage and an hour later received an email saying a replacement had been arranged at no charge. Such 'no quibble' and prompt service is rare these days and I heartily recommend this Company whose range of products are of good quality and good value.

Great products at great prices with fantastic customer service. Had a problem with one of the glass storage jars I had ordered, (think it must have been broken when the person delivering dropped the box outside the house) and as soon as I had emailed I had an email back to say another was on the way. Would definitely recommend.

Patio table arrived broken. Damaged box, had been either struck or dropped pretty violently. Contacted Rinkit , sent some photos of damage and they instantly arranged a replacement. Brilliant!

Ordered a bread bin from amazon... It arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately it was damaged on delivery! I e mailed Rinkit and got an almost immediate reply (at the weekend too) apologising and promising a no quibble replacement ASAP....
