First class service. Ordered ice cream glasses which were sent out same day. Unfortunately one was broken on arrival and after having telephoned a replacement was forwarded directly to me. Very efficient and friendly Customer service.

This was the first time I had ever heard of Rinkit and I risked ordering some glasses for a party. I placed my order at about 3pm on Saturday and the order was delivered by 3pm on Sunday! I made a purchase yesterday of 150 glasses, and they arrived today - amazing service! When I opened the boxes, 10 of the glasses were smashed but I emailed and Mathilde replied only a few minutes later to say they would be replaced and I will receive them in the next 3-5 days. Couldn't be happier!
