Bought 12 mugs from Rinkit one of which was found to leak. After contacting the company providing video proof they responded 9 minutes later to say a replacement was being sent out. Absolutely Incredible customer service!

Excellent! Products are high quality and at good prices, i had an issue with my order (some glasses had smashed during shipping) However the customer service team had emailed me back the very next day acknowledging the issue and had sent out replacements! Thank you Rinkit.

Good looking and stylish items. I bought some things to my bathroom. I had an issue with one of them (the toilet seat broken) but custumer service resolved my problem very quickly and sent the replacement using next day delivery. So happy

I ordered a few items from this company which arrived in super-quick time. However, 3 of the items were damaged when I opened up my box, which was unfortunate. I emailed them at 09:15, and I got a response back 20 minutes later advising that they would send replacement items. This is the quickest response I have ever received from any customer service team! A couple of hours later I received a notification that the replacement items had been dispatched. Can't argue with this company's commitment to quality customer service. My only 'complaint' would be their poor packaging as from reading through some of the other reviews here, breakages seem to be a common occurrence. Other than that, this company is a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

A great deal on the products I got. 2 of the slate platters got damaged during delivery I emailed them at 9pm and had a email back by 9am saying replacements were on there way. Great customer service.

Absolutely awful I had ordered a 12ft tarp and did not come so I Contacted them directly instead of cleary pay to give them a chance to reply as to why the delay with the order with in the aloted time slot has not came week later no reply from them so Regrettably I had no Other option to contact cleary pay this has affected me and has put me off shopping with this company as it had great reviews so iam very disappointed and will not shop with them again and will be telling freinds and family
