Advised Rinkit of a damaged table yesterday by phone. I was asked to send a photo of the damage, the replacement arrived at about 2:30 today. That’s service. Above and beyond!! They must have dispatched it immediately.

However, on emailing customer services the reply was swift, friendly, and a replacement was dispatched very swiftly, arriving safely the next working day!
