Cannot fault this company, the customer service was great. I purchased a set of mugs but unfortunately one arrived broken. Katie at Rinkit was only to happy to immediately send a replacement, which I received the following day. Would have no concerns regarding purchasing from this company again. Thumbs up to Katie.

Usually I’m afraid to shop from online only shops. But based on past two shopping experience, they are good and reliable. Quick shipping, quick and kind response for my questions by email, products are good. They have a lot of products what I was looking for (DIY stuff, kitchen thing etc..), then I can’t stop exploring in the shop. This is bit problem for me!

First order. Products are lovely and arrived within a few days! There were two items missing and I emailed them regarding the missing items and I received a reply within the hour offering sincere apologies and confirmation that the missing items had been dispatched. Will definitely order more items.

What great service from Rinkit. My order arrived really quickly and looks great. As one item was damaged in transport I contacted the company who responded straight away and sent out a replacement immediately. I have a small crafting business and I buy all my frames from Rinkit - they are by far better quality than those from other leading companies! A bonus for me is when you order they are delivered quickly and we live in the far north of the UK. I had to return an order once as I had ordered the wrong size : It was no bother - they showed me how to return and made it hassle free . I also had a product delivered slightly damaged through no fault of them and it was replaced straight away . Customer service is sincerely first class !

Lovely items and of good quality. Also I had a teapot arrived broken, I sent them an email and within half and hour they said they would have another one in the way.

Lovely products, unfortunately some items arrived damaged. I emailed at 8pm to let them know, within 10mins I had a reply to ensure I would receive a replacement asap. I can't believe I got a response so quickly and at that time of night. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
