Received wonderful marble place setting and coasters for Christmas.Unfortunately a slight crack on the corner resulted in it breaking off. Contacted Rinkit by e-mail, replied immediately, requested order no. and photo which I duly sent. Next e-mail saying replacement was on its way, no charge did not want the damaged one back. Brilliant product, will enjoy using for many years. Will definately use them again. Larger companies take note, its the after sales service that makes you use the company again.

What a service, prompt and so well packed, unfortunately one glass was faulty, an email to the company, with photo, and today as my reply email said replacement is in its home, what a service and what a company glad I going you. Steven Beale

I ordered 6 cups/saucers through Amazon and have been very impressed with the service! They arrived ahead of the due date. One cup had a broken handle, so I emailed Rinket directly who have immediately dispatched a replacement cup! Great customer service and lovely cups/saucers. Ordered items from Rinkit, all arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the glasses had broke in transit. Immediately emailed Rinkit and received a prompt reply the following day. To my delight they arranged a replacement free of charge and no need to return the other items! Fantastic customer service and beautiful glass wear! 10/10
