Bread bin

Well where do I begin? I ordered a metal bread bin from Rinkit which arrived just in time for Christmas Eve, but unfortunately it was badly damaged, but I needed a bread bin for Christmas so didn’t return it as no time. I spoke to customer services (Laura) who was absolutely amazing, so prompt with her responses, professional, friendly and offered me a part refund and to keep the bin rather than having the hassle of sending it back, refund received within a few hours which I was very impressed about! Then today 28/12/23 I received a brand new (undamaged) bread bin which I wasn’t expecting at all! In my opinion, customer service is everything absolutely key to running a successful business (my husband and I are business owners) and understand the importance of top grade customer service. I am so impressed with Rinkit from easy ordering, quick delivery and fabulous customer service. I would highly recommend this company 😊

Hi I ordered 3 glass jars from rinkit they arrived damaged received a first class service got 3 replacement ones sent out first class ordered 3 more as I was very happy with the customer satisfaction A+++++

Damaged item.

I ordered a pack of 6 glasses and one of the items was damaged. The box was well packaged so must have happened in transit. I e-mailed the company and received a response within the hour. They are sending me a replacement and don’t need to return the damaged item. Great and quick response , will definitely order again.

Great Service

I ordered a Milk Jug early in December and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of service, the only problem being that the wrong item was sent. I got in contact and the response was almost immediate, the lady couldn't have been more apologetic and the correct item was dispatched, again at lightning speed. I could not have asked for a better service, they were excellent and I will certainly order from Rinkit again.

I purchased a set of rather nice clay…

I purchased a set of rather nice clay tumblers from Rinkit at the start of December, but when they arrived one was broken, so I contacted them and they offered to send a replacement straight away. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive! I contacted them again today Boxing Day, not expecting to get a reply for a day or two! They replied immediately, looked into the matter and are sending a replacement. Excellent service. Will use again. Many thanks.

Great customer service, great prices

Customer service is 1st class. Responded today within an hour of sending an email on bank holiday regarding a broken slate serving plate to say they would send a replacement out. I find their products very reasonably priced too.

Damaged itemscheck…

I purchased tableware and didn’t check it thoroughly until Christmas Day when l found two items damaged. I emailed the company on Boxing Day and received an immediate response which l didn’t expect. They apologised and are sending me replacements. You can’t ask more than that! Excellent service and will recommend and use again.

Bought a box of six beer glasses

Bought a box of six beer glasses, one of which was broken . The box had clearly been dropped or mishandled when shipping by Evri. Emailed Rinkit and got a response 10 minutes later and within 24 hours a replacement had arrived on 23rd December. Very happy as was a Christmas present for a nephew and busy time of year for postal services. Exemplary service, well-done. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

Excellent customer service!

Customer service with my first order went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered close to Christmas so I didn't expect my order to arrive. It arrived on the 24th. An item was missing, so I emailed customer service requesting them to sort it out at their earliest convenience as I know staff may be off. They immediately replied and have despatched the missing item! I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. I can not recommend more!

Fantastic customer service!

Bought four fab sundae glasses but one arrived chipped. Emailed this company and, surprisingly, had an instant reply. They kindly offered to send a replacement without me having to return the original. Two replacements arrived, in perfect condition, and in time for Christmas Day lunch! I am SO impressed by this company and their fantastic customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough. Fabulous.
