Excellent customer service. We ordered some beer glasses as a present but one was broken when they were delivered on the 27th December. Informed the company and someone responded immediately to say they'd replace the glass. The replacement arrived today, 29th December. We didn't expect such a quick response over the Christmas period. We'll definitely use this company again.
