Great after-sales customer service!!
Ordered a full tea pot set with cups and saucers. Delighted with the design and quality of the products. Unfortunately, one of the teacups was damaged by the courier during delivery. No problem for Rinkit though - they sent out a replacement within a few days at no extra cost. Very happy with the level of customer service. Will buy again.

There seems to be a common theme…
There seems to be a common theme throughout the majority of these reviews and that is that a lot of items supplied arrive broken or damaged. I had the same problem with Rinkit I ordered cups and saucers and milk jug and sugar bowl before Christmas for entertaining extra family friends over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately there were items in the package that were broken and so my wife contacted Rinkit and we returned the parcel. We had to pay for the returned goods by Evri at our local Evri parcel drop the charge was £5.99p. Rinkit did not refund the cost of returning the faulty goods. I had paid for the goods on my debit card and they could easily have repaid the package return fee on that card but instead insisted that I supply them with all my bank details. Having been subjected to information theft before I was not prepared to offer all of my personal bank details when they already had enough information to make a refund on the card used for the original transaction Poor customer service.
Return policy sucks
First order was perfect so ordered again. Wasn't impressed with the quality of one of the items so contacted customer service to return it. Found out that they do not offer refunds or exchanges. You are only allowed to exchange goods if faulty and even then you can't get a refund or swap for something else. If something was poor the first time why would I want another one the same? Would love to order again because most of the stuff it's absolutely lovely and great quality. Return policy (or lack of) has forced me to take my future business elsewhere. What a shame.
Good customer service
I ordered several items from the company that all arrived quickly. One of the garden lanterns was damaged but replaced with ease by sending a photo whereupon a new item was dispatched.
Great service, very pleased
I received a faulty flower port. Send them email. They responded very quickly and kindly. They send me another flower pot straight away. No problem! Great service! Other items I bought were high quality and really enjoyable to have. Highly recommend, good service, I had several orders from them and really always pleased.

I ordered 2 boxes of glasses online on Tuesday and received them on the Thursday which I was thrilled about. I was updated well by email. When I opened the boxes the wrong glasses had been sent. Not a problem however as the website had an easy to find phone number where I was able to speak to someone (Evangeline) directly. I explained the mistake and was assured that a replacement would be sent out quickly. I cannot ask for a better service than this when shopping online. Thank you so much, highly recommended!
I have bought from Rinkit before
I have bought from Rinkit before. Great products, sadly over the past 12 months a few became chipped due to daily use. I ordered replacements one day, they came the next. Sadly 4 of the 6 bowls in my order got smashed in transit. I messaged Rinkit immediately, Lauren in Sales replied within a matter of minutes. She apologised and confirmed 4 new bowls free of charge were on there way. Great products, good value and great customer service. Thank you, I will certainly be using you again!
I ordered alot of tableware
I ordered alot of tableware. Some items damaged by Evri delivery company, when delivered. However Rinkit have sent new items expeditely. The design of the bowls are unique so it stood out. I have just started using the rice bowl and a chip was caused when I was washing the bowls. I'm not 100% with the quality.

Upon receipt of my first order from this company, 1 item was missing but they did deal with it and sent out the missing item but considering it was a simple order it shouldn't have been missing in the first place. Packaging is not great as the outer box was badly damaged but also the box was badly damaged that the other candle came in. Boxes are flimsy and not enough care is put into packaging. Nice products and the customer service lady was nice but just not enough care put into picking, packing and packaging so I would definately think twice before placing another order with them
