Ordered some glassware from Rinkit which arrived earlier than promised which was a bonus. Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken on arrival. This seemed to be due to courier issues based on the state of the shipping container. I informed Rinkit, and they have immediately sorted a replacement. No arguments, no fuss, no panic. How refreshing, some companies talk about good service, others deliver. Well done and thank you. I will be using Rinkit again.

Excellent service and speedy replacement of a broken jar.

Ordered 8 folding chairs, very quick delivery. I had an issue with 1 chair which was quickly resolved with new chair sent with no problems. Would defiantly use this company again as they have some lovely bits at great prices.
