I recently purchased three scooters from isinwheel and I am very happy with them. I got the S9 pro, S9 max and the GT2 scooters. However the GT2 scooter the one I I use to commute back and forth to work had broke in half as I was going to work on me. So I emailed the company and explained what had happend and to my surprise they had made contact with me in a reasonable time and gave me a new scooter to replace the one that broke with no hesitation. So far I am way please with all scooters that I have purchased. Great buy for my money for sure

Powerful bike ever
Powerful bike ever I ride uphill and I feel the power of motor. This e-bike is very good quality and great for my 2nd e-bike experience. It is very easy to use and performs very well. I am very happy to be out riding.
Battery went out within 9 months
Battery went out within 9 months of scooter purchase. Was told no warranty. Have tried to order new battery 3 times over the course of 3 months. Orders keep getting canceled. Communication from isinwheel is less than poor. Definitely do not recommend this company.

My order was shipped in five days I was able to connect with customer Care through email in 24 hours they responded I had a Mixup with a neighbor somehow we both ordered 60 pound packages lol I love my purchase. I use it every day. It’s so lightweight and Accommodating, I will definitely be purchasing more in the future
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I encourage all of you to file a claim with your bank and receive your money back if item was not shippped yet, or even if it was shipped defective and they are not responding. Your bank will give you money back and hunt merchant for scamming people. I have experienced zero customer service and ghosted for days, until I read my bank’s options of filing claims and receiving refund from the 1-2 business days.
