Product was defective and customer service awful
I ordered two e-scooters from Isinwheel, a GT2 and a RPro. The GT2 arrived only partially charged, and would not fully charge (3 out of 4 bars) when put on the charger to green light status. On the initial ride the maximum speed in the top mode (turbo) was 15.5 mph, which is only 55% of the unit specification of 28 mph. My initial submittal to Isinwheel customer service was on 7/2/24, and I clearly provided concerns and applicable parameters. The initial follow-up response blamed operational error, without basis. My subsequent email replies and voice mails requesting response to my concerns, including queries to return products under 30-day satisfaction guarantee, have went unanswered since that original contact.
1st ebike purchase, Love it!!!
I just purchased my 1st ebike, an Isinwheel U5 folding ebike. This bike has been one of the best purchases I have made! It is so easy to fold, compact, and unfolds easily into a full sized bike. I am about 5'11" and 245lbs, and this bike pulls me around very easily even up hills. I have a great time riding the city streets, and it is great on the nearby bike trails. It has great range and speed. It's very easy to use, and I love getting outdoors to ride. Even after a hard day's work, it's so nice to ride and just use the throttle so I don't have to peddle if I get tired. Great, sturdy build quality, and great customer service. Love this bike, highly recommend anyone purchasing this for a first ebike or even if you already have one but need the ability to fold it up and put it in your car. Isinwheel is definitely a great brand for quality, price and reliability.
POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I ordred from Isinwheel's website and urgently needed to change my order immediately after. However, I was unable to reach anyone by phone despite calling and leaving messages on the day of the order. I also emailed them daily, but the only response I received was that it was too late to cancel. Their website offered no way to modify the order myself. After weeks of going back and forth with this company and FedEx, I was able to get a full refund. This unresponsive customer service wasted valuable time and caused unnecessary stress.
Bought the small
Bought the small, portable U1 Ebike from Amazon. Use it to drop cars off within a 2-mile radius of my warehouse as part of my business. I just put the ebike in the trunk, drop off car and ride the ebike back. Very impressed by the solid ride and performance. I am 215 pounds and other than the seat clip slipping from my weight, the bike is flawless. I had a couple of questions during assembly on the weekend and customer service was very responsive and contacted me first thing Monday morning. Bike is as described in the ad. Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased two ebikes off Amazon from this company. They were supposed to come with helmets that never arrived. I received the bikes and once put together wouldn't stay up. The kick stands had the bikes so upright that they would fall over unless on perfectly level ground with no wind. I reached out to support and they told me to bend the kickstands. I had to pay someone as this was not easy to do. They still didn't send me the helmets. I left a negative review on Amazon and the company reached out to me. I gave them my number and then they proceeded to only call me between 8:30PM-11PM each night until I spoke with them. The person told me that they would refund me $50 and send the helmets IF I removed my review immediately! As the person reached me while I was dealing with an emergency issue at work I told him I didn't have time to speak. The guy said "since I have you on the phone let's discuss this." At that point I hung up on the obnoxious customer servce rep. So they hold the helmets up to get a positive review is garbage!
Please do not buy from this company!
Please for the love of God do not buy from this company it is a complete scam ! I bought a scooter and had it about 4 days and wouldn't even charge! I reached out to these people and they sent a new charger out which that didn't work, sent a new battery out which was the wrong one now all of a sudden they say they are out of stock of the scooter batteries and want me to take it to a local repair shop. I'll just chalk this up as a loss
This bike is great
This bike is great. It’s well built and lightweight and an absolute blast to ride!Everyone I let ride it comes back with smiles on their faces. Also I had a question and customer service got right back to me and were very helpful and nice. I’ve ridden those big giant heavy e bikes costing 3-4 times more and you can keep them, for the money I’m extremely satisfied!
Customer service won’t respond
I bought a scooter and the rear wheel was defective, so the company sent a replacement. However, it was the wrong size. I’ve called and called and sent multiple emails but nobody from the company will respond. Now I have a useless scooter. Beware.
Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. My longboard is still missing and they take weeks to respond. I still have not gotten a replacement after FedEx refunded Isinwheel. Totally trash customer service, very shady.
First scooter
I have the S9 MAX.This is my first scooter and I am 78.This scooter exceeds all my expectations.I live in a hilly area and my scooter may slow down but I make up most hills except for the very steep ones. Since I drive only on paved roads the only thing I would prefer are softer tire.30 kilometres is no problem.The cruise control is excellent,love it.Me choosing the S9MAX was a great choice.
