Finally received my order. App that comes with scooter can't be downloaded in Canada. Now I'm not able to lock it, which is why I bought this one. Bluetooth not detected. (Tried multiple devices) Just contacted Support which so far was NO help, the lady on the phone was not sure which App the I9 use's. Will update

I took a ride last night not bad .for mid range scooter not bad at all I like the scooter.

Great product. Really rides smooth. Lasts a long time and charges quickly. I weight 180 lbs and it has not trouble taking me around.

Decent product but the company is the worst. No help whatsoever and deceptive descriptions. Easily breakable and the worst part is no information available online to aid self repair. Terrible company and customer service.

Great costumer service and great product, the mini scooter works amazing and it is very easy to assemble.

The scooter has been great but hit a curb and twisted wheel and snaped the handle bar. I sent note to customer service to see if I could order a replacement part and even though it wasnt under warranty they are shipping me a replacement part. And response was very quick back and forth.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered a part for the wrong style scooter and they immediately helped me adjust my order to the correct item. Thank you so much for the help.

I bought a total of 5 scooters, all great products. I had an issue with one and it was quickly addressed and taken care of I really like them All. I would recommend them to anyone.
