I did buy 2 of those 800w off-road…
At first I got disappointed with them having troubles with those tire flats every other day and looks like there was a problem with the wheel. For the inconvenience they are sending me 2 new scooters replacement for the troubles. At least they follow up so it could be trusted that they do proper way business. I didn't receive the new ones yet, but you can trust that they replay over the night to your emails.

I had an issue with one of the parts and it was immediately replaced through great communication with the company. The biggest scam of a company I have ever used. I am so disappointed in the customer service. My scooters GT2 brakes are messed up after 2 weeks and they claim they will provide me with replacements but have been stringing me along and do not actually own any. I bought the scooter based on what was written on the website claiming they had replacement parts and a warranty but that is bs.

2nd scooter purchased
2nd scooter purchased, both arrived within days of order, 1st scooter, only issue was a flat tire, before replacement tube came, scooter stolen, ordered new scooter, worked great, lost power in front wheel, I must have turned off being button happy, support walk me through via email, scooter now back to full power, process was quick, I would buy a third bike, with zero hesitation.
Great Customer Support
My wife and I have been enjoying our S9 Max scooters since May '23. They are really great scooters. We've rented Lime and Bird scooters before and these are comparable only now we ride wherever we want for free. On Aug 14 my scooter got wet and was showing E06 on the display so I contacted support and they sent me a replacement "dashboard" within 4 days with no charge. I easily replaced the damaged part and we're back on the road enjoying the freedom of scooting around town and avoiding the traffic! Thank you iSinWheel!
The scooter arrived on time
The scooter arrived on time. It was ready to go quickly. I and my two boys really enjoy riding it. It’s great looking, because of the heat we only ride at night and it’s lighting is very good and it has a loud horn. The only improvement I would suggest is that the instruction manual should explain the mode controls a little more clearly so it’s easier to understand. The scooter itself is excellent. The manual needs a little more clarity. I had to write customer service about a question and they answered quickly and accurately.

Didn’t like snippy staff saying we already told me something that I didn’t know they had responded and lack of good shocks for suspension,models with seat attachments and scooters with more power and speed.But they are helpful in fixing the problems that do happen even though it cost me $40 in shipping so I will say let’s do better.But not bad

Beware!!! We bought an electric scooter for my son and unfortunately he was in an accident shortly after the purchase. A local repair shop needed us to get a replacement part so we contacted the company. It took over a month of back and forth emails and calls to eventually be told they could not get me a part-which in and of itself is a red flag. In the end, they offered to sell me a manufacturer refurbished scooter for $100. In less than a week, the scooter was unsafe to ride. There were significant problems with the steering component and a pin that holds the stick upright and is used to collapse it fell out. It has been over a week of back and forth emails and the very best the company will do is send me a replacement pin, compensate me $20, and suggest use glue or pay for it to be fixed at a local repair shop to fix the problem with the steering component. Please reconsider a purchase from this company unless you want problems and headaches and to ultimately be out a great deal of money and time!!!!
