I had windows fitted today, Dan and Brian who fitted them were very good, very polite, good time keeping, did a very good job, they left no mess vacuumed floors when finished, would not of known that I’d had work done. Well done lads.

All staff we encountered during whole process were professional and answered all questions we had. The fitters that came to fit our new door,Dan and Brian, made sure that everything was left in good order before they left. Very pleased with whole service. Will use again if in need of further replacement of doors and windows.

We used Permaframe to install new front and back doors and the whole experience was top quality. The sales meeting was informative without any pressure to buy and the installation team of Dan and Brian did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

We used PermaFrame (Frome) a few years back to install a side PVC glass door. It has been superb, and completely trouble free apart from this friday, as we were preparing to go on holiday, we couldnt lock the door properly. We called PermaFrame and got transferred to their swindon Branch. They were so helpful and on hearing we were supposed to be off on holiday, sent an engineer to solve the problem who arrived in less than 15 minutes! He managed to fix the probelm then and there to allow us to go on holday. They saved the day! Incredible service, really very impressive. I wish more companys were like this. Fantastic installation and a great door!

The process of putting in double glazing windows has seemed straightforward to a couple not convinced it was the way to go. We were a little apprehensive as it is an old house. Dan & Brian hit the ground running on the day of fitting our new windows. They worked efficiently & kept us abreast of what they were doing. Our questions were answered, explanations clear. We found Dan & Brian to be polite, friendly, cheerful & hard working. The areas where they worked were left spotless with a thorough vacuum & wipe down plus the removal of all debris & old windows.
