Nice quality goods quick service have used this Company a few times never been disappointed

Quick delivery and great product, looks great and was easy to fit.

My wife didn’t like the flooring when it arrived so I returned it on the 9th of Jan 2025.the. On the 13th I rang up asking how long it would take for the refund to be processed I was told 14 days so on the 23rd I rang again and then I got told it was 14 working days which ended on the 29th of Jan I rang back on the 1st of Feb and got told another a pack of lies how it was a click and collect order and one department didn’t talk too the other department.i then was told to be patient and would be sorted in a couple of days its now the 7th of Feb and I still haven’t received the refund.

I have placed and order, day before it is supposed to arrive I receive email that there has been an error and floor I have ordered is not in stock. They offer help in choosing different one. I have replied with requirements and deadlines and no response. I have no refund, no replacement and unable to contact them still. I have to pay cancellation fee on my workers that were booked to install flooring. This is just unacceptable customer service and praying to get my money back.

Ordered further set of dado rails. Kept informed of delivery and on day of arrival re the tracking and delivery. Very good.

Although I`ve had an issue with the flooring I purchased Raisa has helped me through the problem and has given me a positive result which is all I can ask.
