Solid oak flooring beautiful proper real oak and Beats the price on others was a bit nervous because it was such good value when it came . We have neighbours that will be ordering so that’s a good indication for quality and price.

I ordered an acoustic board (60 x 60) and received the incorrect colour, despite confirming the correct details on the order confirmation. I reached out to the company on the 28th of November to address the issue, and two weeks later, I am still waiting for a response. This delay has been incredibly frustrating, as I cannot proceed with necessary works at a tenant property. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, leaving me with no choice but to share my experience here. I wanted to give the company the opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving a review, but being ignored for two weeks has left me no option. Please take this matter seriously and resolve it immediately.

Ordered flooring and given delivery date - a Friday. Organised for flooring guy to lay on the Tuesday. Flooring didn’t arrive Friday or Monday or Tuesday. Tried calling- on hold for over an hour on two consecutive days. Cancelled the order by e-mail and then it arrived 2 days later (by which time I had chosen, purchased and laid another floor). Not impressed at all and won’t be using Leader floors again.

The choice is great, the price is too…the delivery man was cheerful considering he had to lift all the packs on his own!

We had previously purchased walnut doors from Leader doors which are exactly what we wanted. We now require flooring so I ordered several samples and then called for advice on my selection, Raheem returned my call and was extremely helpful with my concerns and confirming some of my choices would be suitable so I look forward to receiving them.
