Was excited to receive these boards. Excitement turned to disappointment when most of the boards arrived with chips in the corners. Used the chipped boards on the outer edges where they’re less likely to be seen. But I refuse to have chipped boards in the middle of my room for everyone to see. 1 pack of boards which aren’t chipped in the corners would resolve my issue. Beautiful boards shame the chips have ruined everything.

I have left numerous emails to raheem customer he's not replied to any of them, tried callback and the don't let it ring for you to answer just enough for it to be a missed call, iv been waiting on a refund for boxes of flooring I returned to store, alright service when your purchasing but terrible if refund or any issues

Three delays before delivery was actually received and web page showed product not available on ordering.

Here I am again complaining because my complaints are now being ignored by customers service, after being promised a phone call back 4 weeks ago. It’s completely unacceptable. They are ignoring me because I requested a refund on the faulty flooring… My son is 14 and crawls around the house because he has a life limiting condition that has taken his ability to walk. The only way he can be mobile is by crawling and he keeps cutting his knees on the floor because it’s literally falling apart, less than a year old and I first raised a complaint last May. Do not trust this company; they will not look after you.
