Fantastic engineered floor, around seven year ago, I installed it to the whole of my ground floor bungalow, it still looks as great as the day I installed it. This order it to replace water damaged boards.

Ordered samples, never arrived. Called office and they reordered (looks like they just ignored it initially). Second samples delivery did not arrive (not even been sent). Utterly useless, you’ve lost a £2500 order thanks to this - if you can’t even deliver me samples within 2 weeks how on earth can I trust you to supply flooring for our new home next week!!!

Good service and on time

The skirting board was what I required, the down side some of the boards were damaged due to the courier. They were stacked on top of other items not flat on the floor the back of the van was a mess

The laminated wood came the day they said it was coming, just finish putting it down look good and the quality is good
