Easy to navigate and order. Kept in the loop regarding delivery which was seamless and delivered with boxes in great condition. Flooring hasn’t been laid yet but looks perfect. Happily recommend!

The samples I ordered were a decent size to have a good look at. I probably would have given 5*, but it took over a week for them to arrive.

Easy to use website, and good selection. But skirting arrived lighter than in the picture and slightly damaged. Also quality is lacking a little. Although they did email back after my initial email request for a refund, the next day, I am still waiting for a proper response and waiting for my refund!?

Leader floors was good and delivery was on time. The problem is the quality of the flooring. I left the floor to climate to the house and have started laying it yesterday but there is quite alot of the lvt that is scratched as its black flooring it is very noticeable
